This Privacy Policy explains how Quiet Tech LLC, doing business as All Tech Manuals ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information for the Service at alltechmanuals.com.

- Account information you provide: name, email address, company name, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Usage information: the model numbers and document types you search for, and basic logs needed to run and secure the Service.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive a customer and subscription identifier and your subscription status — we do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
- To provide the document-finder and part-number lookup, and to cache located documents so repeat lookups are faster for members.
- To create and manage your account and subscription, and to provide support.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under their respective terms:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Our hosting provider — to run the application and store the database.
- Our email provider — to send account and password-reset emails.
- Our AI/search provider — model numbers you search may be sent to locate documents; we do not send your account identity for this purpose.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Cookies and sessions
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention and security
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can update your account details, cancel your subscription from the billing portal, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. We will honor applicable privacy rights under the laws that apply to you.
Children
The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
