All Tech Manuals ("All Tech Manuals," the "Service," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Quiet Tech LLC, doing business as All Tech Manuals. By creating an account or using the Service at alltechmanuals.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
All Tech Manuals helps professional appliance technicians locate service documents — service manuals, tech sheets, error-code lists, exploded views, parts lists and owner's manuals — and OEM part numbers, by model number. Documents are located from public manufacturer and distributor sources and are provided for professional reference. We do not create, own, or warrant the accuracy of third-party documents, and all manufacturer names, model numbers, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business and professional use by individuals 18 or older.
3. Subscription, billing and cancellation
- Membership is $49.99 per month, with the first month free for new subscribers.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- After any free trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked inside your account. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling or redistributing access; scraping or bulk-downloading beyond normal professional use; attempting to breach security or access other users' accounts; or using the Service to infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.
5. Documents and intellectual property
Documents surfaced by the Service originate from public manufacturer and distributor sources and remain the property of their respective owners. The Service provides location and reference convenience only; it does not grant you any license to the underlying documents beyond what their original publishers allow. If you are a rights holder and believe a document should not be surfaced, contact us and we will address it.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any document located is correct, complete, current, or suitable for a given repair. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it, and for working safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Tech LLC and All Tech Manuals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
